Our rates are seasonal.  PLEASE NOTE that there is a 3 night minimum for rentals.  During most of the year, we offer nightly and weekly rates.  Monthly rates are available during "snowbird" season.  There is a cleaning fee of $200.  A parking pass for ONE vehicle is purchased for $50 prior to your arrival date, and can be picked up at the front desk.  Alabama Lodging Tax of 16% will be added to your quote.
