Heading to the Condo?

What's already there?

  • The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware for 8. There is an electric oven, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker with a limited supply of coffees, dishwasher and dish detergent (both kinds), trash bags and a toaster. There is a stackable washer/dryer. We also have some sundry items in the kitchen such as salt & pepper and a few common spices.

  • The living area has a sleeper sofa (queen), 42" HD-TV flat screen with Dishnet, and a DVD player.

  • The balcony, off the living room has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beachside pool.

  • Please feel free to take your own beach equipment out for a day of sand and sun, but rental chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from a local vendor.

  • There will be starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. No laundry detergent or dryer sheets provided unless left by previous renters.

  • Bed linens are provided, as well as bath and kitchen towels.

  • Housekeeping will clean the condo AFTER your departure. You paid a fee for this, so please do not feel like you need to do the laundry.

  • There is wireless internet available in the unit and on the property.  There is no password required.

What Do I Need to Bring?

Now that you know what we provide, you can decide what you need to bring. Some things may be easy to bring from home, but there are grocery stores conveniently located where you can stock up on food and supplies after you arrive.

Here are some things you’ll need to bring with you, and the first three are VERY important:

  • Sunglasses

  • Sunscreen

  • Beach towels

  • Beach chairs (bring some, buy some here, or rent from the vendor on the beach)

  • Cell phone & charger

  • We suggest you pack food storage bags, cooking ingredients, paper products and laundry detergent.

  • If you’re staying less than a week, you may want to bring enough laundry detergent in a zip-loc bag for a couple of loads of laundry.

  • Towels, and bed linens are provided. We request these linens NOT be taken to the beach.

  • Don’t forget to bring a cell phone. There’s no land-line in the unit.
